We measure the work processes of an organization, and in order to explore risks we define connection points and activities. We identify critical actions separated into organizational units, after that we create competency inventory and competency matrices. We make Business Continuity Management and Business Continuity Plans. We make a thorough risk management plan for managing and filtering out inside and outside risks.
