Tasks

  • Disruption management;
  • Operational, tactical decision making;
  • Leading On Duty Agents;
  • Internal and external communication, follow-up and assistance in case of irregular operations;
  • Drafting and sending operational notifications to Ground Handling Companies and Hotel/Transportation provider;
  • Communication with Ground Handlers, following-up on service recovery in real-time;
  • Authorization of complementary services;
  • On-time monitoring of operational messages;
  • Training new Agents;
  • Reporting

Requirements

  • University or College degree
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work in 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, maxi-mum 3-4 shifts/week;
  • Problem solving and organization skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Experience within airport/ground handling operations is an advantage
