Tasks
- Disruption management;
- Operational, tactical decision making;
- Leading On Duty Agents;
- Internal and external communication, follow-up and assistance in case of irregular operations;
- Drafting and sending operational notifications to Ground Handling Companies and Hotel/Transportation provider;
- Communication with Ground Handlers, following-up on service recovery in real-time;
- Authorization of complementary services;
- On-time monitoring of operational messages;
- Training new Agents;
- Reporting
Requirements
- University or College degree
- Fluent English
- Ability to work in 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, maxi-mum 3-4 shifts/week;
- Problem solving and organization skills
- MS Office skills
- Experience within airport/ground handling operations is an advantage
