Tasks

  • Provide support to the Crew Manager in their day-to-day activities and projects
  • Prepare presentations, reports, analytics for the crew, operations and crew training management domain
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, take meeting minutes
  • Maintain effective relationships and ensure follow up
  • Support the creations and updates of manuals and knowledge base documentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and guides
  • Support the operations management system upgrades, installations and customization
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Crew System Manager or the Group Operations Systems Transformation Lead

Requirements

  • University or College degree
  • Fluent English
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude
  • Team work and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in aviation is an advantage
