Tasks
- Arrangement of hotel accommodation, transportation for Crew member based on their planned schedules.
- Control arrangement costs by find and choosing the most economical positioning solution in a timely manner.
- Cooperation with Operation Control, Operations Planning and Training planning departments
- Maintaining liaison communication with crew members
- Ensure accurate cost allocation of booking requests
- Validating and approving crew logistics related invoices
Requirements
- University or College degree
- Fluent English
- 0-2 years of work experience in a similar field
- Attention to details
- Solution oriented mindset
- Teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
