Tasks

  • Supporting the work of the Cadet Program Manager, ensuring the allocated tasks are executed in a timely manner with efficiency, making sure certain requirements are met.
  • Delivering responsive and efficient recruitment experience within the area of responsibilities.
  • Assisting the Cadet Recruitment Team in assessment pre-administration;
  • Reviewing candidate’s documentation;
  • Managing recruitment events using MyHR system, Creating schedule for cadet recruitment activities;
  • Holding (personal and virtual) Open Days for applicants
  • Administration in line with cadet recruitment activities
  • Taking part in developing the recruitment process
  • Sending offer letters
  • Creating reports related to recruitment processes;
  • Maintaining candidate database
  • Managing cadet contracts, organizing contract signature events
  • Maintaining continuous follow-up with the Service Providers Participating on and monitoring the recruitment events and supporting the candidates in case of issues during the assessment
  • Creating presentations and newsletters to advertise the program to keep the cadets’ engagement on a monthly basis
  • Be the main contact for cadets, handle all the cadet program related mailboxes
  • Handle the repayment of training fee, maintain contact with IT for system development, participating in IT project development related to cadet program

Requirements

  • University or College Degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the field of recruitment/ administration/ project management
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
  • Assertive personality, accuracy and reliability;
  • Detail oriented approach to work;
  • Flexibility, ability to react quickly to operational needs;
  • Commitment to deliver quality work
  • Self-motivated and proactive, willing to take initiative and shoulder responsibility
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess follow-up
  • Shows innovation, creativity and good lateral thinking
  • Strong aviation related interest is advantageous
  • Able to travel abroad for business related events
