Training and Document Management System Supervisor

Nova HR is the personnel consulting company of the Nova group. On behalf of our multinational Client in aviation industry, we are looking for candidates to the following position.

Tasks

Act as a focal point for ATO IT system development
Manage the automation related development with Wizz IT,
Manage new development requests within the ATO,
Establish best practices and user guidance for trainees and members of the ATO,
Sustain established processes, identify processes which can be automated.
Support ATO management with requests related to MS SharePoint developments,
Tasks related to Monday.com platform
Tasks related to PowerBI platform
Serve as the primary contact for communication regarding any issues with IT systems utilized by ATO
Manage, develop, and administer the TMS System specifically for ATO operations
Maintain and develop reports from different systems to support ATO’s data analysis and decision-making processes.
Oversee the maintenance and administration of the Document Management system in relation to ATO
Monitor and manage the ATO mailbox to ensure timely and effective communication.
Participate in and represent ATO in meetings that affect IT systems and software, providing insights and feedback.
Grant access to necessary software and hardware for trainees, instructors, and external parties as required.
Liaison with the ATO HT on all matters related to IT Systems.
Liaison with the Safety Manager on any safety-related matters related to IT systems.
Liaison with the Compliance Manager on any compliance-related matters related to IT systems.

Requirements

University or College Degree
1-3 years of work experience
Fluent English knowledge
Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Work well under pressure.
Good IT knowledge and usage of IT systems and tools (solid knowledge in MS platforms, experience in SharePoint, Monday.com, PowerBI is considered as an advantage).
Good understanding of data analysis and data integration.
