Training Planner

Nova HR is the personnel consulting company of the Nova group. On behalf of our multinational Client in aviation industry, we are looking for candidates to the following position

Tasks

Act as the primary point of contact for communication with trainees and instructors regarding training planning matters.
Being available for trainees and instructors in the event of ad hoc and special requests (in person, email, Teams).
Develop and update the ATO Training Planning Handbook to ensure its compliance with the ATO standards;
Implement and adapt ground training in line with ATO’s standards, to meet specific requests.
Creating training sessions, assigning the trainees and instructors fulfilling the qualifications;
Adapting changes in schedule when unforeseen events occur;
Oversee the development and administration of training programs within the Planning system, ensuring alignment with the requirements outlined in the approved manuals.
Coordinate with planning teams to ensure landing training exercises are in accordance with the approved training program.
Enrol trainees in the Planning System to ensure they can be allocated to the approved training program.
Generate and present comprehensive reports, highlighting key information about ATO training planning.
Liaison with the ATO Project Manager on all matters related to training planning;
Liaison with the Safety Manager on any safety-related matters related to training planning;
Liaison with the Compliance Manager on any compliance-related matters related to training planning.
Participate in ATO Meetings to align on team goals in accordance with the meeting matrix;

Requirements

University or College Degree
0-3 years of work experience
Fluent English knowledge
Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with focus on Team work (Open, positive, helpful and hardworking attitude)
Work well under pressure
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements are advantages
