  • Contract handling (printing, sending, receiving, scanning, filing)
  • Serving as the administrator of the contract handling IT tool
  • Fuel invoice tracking, checking
  • Regular general administrative support for Purchasing Department
  • Ad hoc requirements

Elvárások

  • University or College degree (or ongoing studies)
  • Fluent English
  • 0-2 years of work experience (in purchasing, logistics or administration)
  • MS Office user skills (primarily Excel)
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
