Feladatok

  • In this role, the jobholder will be responsible for a quality and effective management of the headquarters’ office related matters and for supporting base openings and facilities, meeting budget requirements.
  • Determining and sourcing the group’s facility’s needs, including offices, crew rooms, hotel requirements and transportation
  • Streamlining and introducing efficiencies in the group’s facilities with budget responsibility
  • Responsibility for setting-up and executing facility management strategy in line with business initiatives
  • Continuous cooperation with respective authorities, external partners
  • Managing and controlling of subcontracted services by suppliers (security, cleaning etc.)
  • Initializing and participating in tenders for the arising business needs
  • Preparing statistics, reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Negotiate (e.g. contracts, price discussions), calculate, model, present on the field of facility management

Elvárások

  • University or College degree
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in similar position in a complex environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Deep and detailed understanding of facility management processes and practices
  • Capability to understand and handle complex issues and procedures
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Efficient problem solving skills and hands-on attitude
  • Outstanding coordination and organizational skills
