General Manager / Plant Director

On behalf of our USA based client - a manufacturer of medical products to the healthcare industry - we are looking for candidates for the following position.

Tasks

Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals, including market expansion and revenue growth.
Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure the company's fiscal health.
Providing leadership and guidance to department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and high performance work culture.
Ensuring the company complies with industry regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Managing relationships with stakeholders, including investors, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Monitoring industry trends, conducting market analysis, and identifying opportunities for business development.
Assessing and mitigating potential risks to the business, including supply chain issues, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
Providing oversight for various company functions, including production, sales, marketing, and logistics by utilizing ERP and other company software for communication between businesses.
Making key decisions to address challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and steer the company in the right direction.
Working on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development to ensure a skilled and motivated team. Including final decision on all personnel hiring and termination.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Encouraging and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to stay competitive in the market.
Ensures the handling of finances of the LLC, augmentation, safety, and its use for corporate purposes.
Obliged to provide information about the Company's affairs to the Company Parent as well as provide access to the business books and documents.

The technical documentation is well recorded and kept up to date as well as the EU declaration of conformity and ensure the documentation is recorded and maintained for auditing purposes.
