Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / engineering
  • Confident and professional English knowledge
  • At least 15 years of experience working in general manufacturing environment
  • 10+ years in progressive leadership positions within manufacturing
  • Strategic way of thinking, emphasizing efficient operations
  • Excellent organizational skills and quick decision-making ability
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
