Sok szervezet m\u00e9g mindig \u00fagy kezeli az ESG k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9t, mintha az kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1gr\u00f3l, vagy a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nynek t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 megfelel\u00e9sr\u0151l sz\u00f3lna. Pedig az ESG hum\u00e1n oldala val\u00f3j\u00e1ban vezet\u0151i k\u00e9rd\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Mit fed le a gyakorlatban az \u201eS\u201d, vagyis a social dimenzi\u00f3?<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f a pszichol\u00f3giai biztons\u00e1g biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t,<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f az etikus vezet\u0151i m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s k\u00e9rd\u00e9s\u00e9t,<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f a diverzit\u00e1s \u00e9s az es\u00e9lyegyenl\u0151s\u00e9g t\u00e9m\u00e1j\u00e1t<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f transzparens d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatalt,<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3i j\u00f3ll\u00e9t ter\u00fclet\u00e9t,<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f \u00e9s a fair teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u00e9st.<\/p>\n<p>A vezet\u0151i p\u00e9ldamutat\u00e1s, hat\u00e1rozotts\u00e1g, t\u00e1j\u00e9kozotts\u00e1g \u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatali k\u00e9pess\u00e9g ezen a t\u00e9ren fontosabb ma, mint valaha. A val\u00f3di kock\u00e1zat m\u00e1r nem az, hogy egy, a t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny hat\u00e1lya al\u00e1 es\u0151 v\u00e1llalatnak nincs ESG-jelent\u00e9se. Hanem az, ha \u00f6ssze\u00e1ll, de tartalom, a megfelel\u0151 szervezeti m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s nem val\u00f3s m\u00f6g\u00f6tte.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eA k\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi gyakorlatok pozit\u00edvan befoly\u00e1solj\u00e1k a munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9t \u00e9s j\u00f3l\u00e9t\u00e9t. A vezet\u0151i gyakorlatok k\u00f6zvet\u00edtik \u00e9s feler\u0151s\u00edtik ezeket a hat\u00e1sokat.
