Mindenki \u00e9rintett, minden term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9ly vagy v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s vagy egy\u00e9b szervezet \u2013 vagy az \u0151 adat\u00e1t kezelik, feldolgozz\u00e1k vagy az adott v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s\/szervezet kezeli\/dolgozza fel m\u00e1sok adatait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Az egyes szektorokban, ipar\u00e1gakban \u2013 k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen telco, energia, p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi szektor \u2013 az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos adatv\u00e9delmi szab\u00e1lyokon t\u00fal speci\u00e1lis, az adott szektor saj\u00e1toss\u00e1gait kezel\u0151 el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1sok \u00e9lnek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amennyiben \u00d6n mint szervezet vagy term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9ly, szem\u00e9lyes adatokat kezel automatiz\u00e1lt m\u00f3don vagy azok nyilv\u00e1ntart\u00e1si rendszer r\u00e9sz\u00e9t k\u00e9pezik, az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos adatv\u00e9delmi rendeletet (GDPR) alkalmazni kell. Ezen k\u00edv\u00fcl meg kell felelni az Info t\u00f6rv\u00e9nynek (2011. \u00e9vi CXII. tv.) \u00e9s az \u00e1gazati szab\u00e1lyoknak. Mindig az adott c\u00e9g \u00fczleti folyamataihoz szabottan igaz\u00edtjuk az adatkezel\u00e9st. Teljes k\u00f6r\u0171 seg\u00edts\u00e9get ny\u00fajtunk nemcsak az adatv\u00e9delem, de az adatbiztons\u00e1g megval\u00f3sul\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben is, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen, de nem kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az al\u00e1bbi esetekben:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>adatv\u00e9delmi audit keret\u00e9ben felt\u00e9rk\u00e9pezz\u00fck az adatkezel\u00e9st, felt\u00e1rjuk a hi\u00e1nyoss\u00e1gokat<\/li>\n<li>munkahelyi adatkezel\u00e9st v\u00e1llalunk<\/li>\n<li>felt\u00e9rk\u00e9pezz\u00fck \u00e9s elk\u00e9sz\u00edtj\u00fck az \u00fcgyfelek adatainak kezel\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges szab\u00e1lyzatokat<\/li>\n<li>elk\u00e9sz\u00edtj\u00fck sz\u00fcks\u00e9g szerint jogos \u00e9rdek tesztetek, hat\u00e1svizsg\u00e1latokat<\/li>\n<li>a szem\u00e9lyes adattov\u00e1bb\u00edt\u00e1sok megfelel\u0151s\u00e9gi, garanci\u00e1lis dokumentumait, az adatfeldolgoz\u00f3kkal<\/li>\n<li>szab\u00e1lyzatot k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00fcnk weboldalhoz<\/li>\n<li>adatv\u00e9delmi oktat\u00e1st v\u00e1llalunk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Az adatbiztons\u00e1g megteremt\u00e9se alatt els\u0151sorban a fizikai, m\u0171szaki, logikai \u00e9s adminisztrat\u00edv biztons\u00e1got \u00e9rtj\u00fck, mely alapj\u00e1n t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt meg kell teremteni a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1stechnikai eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k megfelel\u0151 m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s v\u00e9delm\u00e9t a k\u00fcls\u0151 t\u00e1mad\u00e1sokkal szemben<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">biztons\u00e1g s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9se (incidens) eset\u00e9n a szem\u00e9lyes adatok v\u00e9delm\u00e9t, vissza\u00e1ll\u00edthat\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1t<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">szem\u00e9lyes adatok \u00e1lneves\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s titkos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">szervez\u00e9si \u00e9s technikai hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g n\u00f6vel\u00e9s\u00e9t, ennek keret\u00e9ben a sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1stechnikai rendszer folyamatos tesztel\u00e9s\u00e9t<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">elv\u00e9gezz\u00fck az ISO 27001 audit felk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9st<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">weboldal tesztel\u00e9s\u00e9t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"kw_section_header text-left text-mobile-default  \">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t[vc_column_text]<h2 class=\"color-default  \" style=\"\">Data Protection Officer-feladatok ell\u00e1t\u00e1sa<\/h2><div class=\"color-default\" style=\"\">Ell\u00e1tjuk a DPO (Data Protection Officer = adatv\u00e9delmi tisztvisel\u0151) feladatait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DPO kinevez\u00e9se k\u00f6telez\u0151 t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt az adatkezel\u0151 vagy az adatfeldolgoz\u00f3 f\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gei olyan adatkezel\u00e9si m\u0171veleteket foglalnak magukban, amelyek jelleg\u00fckn\u00e9l, hat\u00f3k\u00f6r\u00fckn\u00e9l \u00e9s\/vagy c\u00e9ljaikn\u00e1l fogva az \u00e9rintettek rendszeres \u00e9s szisztematikus, nagym\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171 megfigyel\u00e9s\u00e9t teszik sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9, mint p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a p\u00e9nzint\u00e9zetekn\u00e9l, marketingc\u00e9gekn\u00e9l vagy kamerarendszert \u00fczemeltet\u0151kn\u00e9l. K\u00f6telez\u0151 a DPO kinevez\u00e9se akkor is, ha az adatkezel\u0151 vagy az adatfeldolgoz\u00f3 f\u0151 tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gei a szem\u00e9lyes adatok k\u00fcl\u00f6nleges kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1inak nagy sz\u00e1mban t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t foglalj\u00e1k magukban, ilyenek p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi adatok, \u00edgy mag\u00e1norvosok \u00e9s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek r\u00e9sz\u00e9re is k\u00f6telez\u0151. A DPO els\u0151sorban szakmai tan\u00e1csot ad \u00e9s ellen\u0151riz \u00e9s \u00f6nk\u00e9nt is kinevezhet\u0151, amennyiben az \u00dcgyf\u00e9l a szervezet\u00e9nek m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9hez ezt fontosnak tarja. Az adatv\u00e9delmi tisztvisel\u0151 a feladatai ell\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatban nem kaphat utas\u00edt\u00e1sokat az adatkezel\u0151t\u0151l vagy az adatfeldolgoz\u00f3t\u00f3l, emellett az adatv\u00e9delmi tisztvisel\u0151 k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl a szervezet legfels\u0151 vezet\u00e9s\u00e9nek tartozik
