Tasks
- Finding and organizing cost effective and convenient means of transportation between place of residence, training location, exam location, future base for cabin crew trainees attending on their basic training.
- Arranging suitable accommodation at the training location and the exam location (in case it is kept elsewhere than the location of the training) during the period of basic training for cabin crew trainees.
- Booking conference rooms for the basic training and for the exam (in case it is kept elsewhere than office and Training Center facilities).
- Answering to incoming email and telephone calls regarding logistic related services for cabin crew trainees.
- Making necessary transportation and hotel bookings for cabin crew trainee’s line training in case it is kept out of base. Tracking and reporting hotel reservation and flight ticket spendings and savings.
Requirements
- University or College Degree (or ongoing studies)
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Fluent English knowledge
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
